Take the Stairs

     Have you stagnated in you weight loss? Chances are if you have, its time to raise the bar so to speak, and burn more calories during your workout. That’s where the stairs come in. Depending on your body weight walking up stairs for 30 minutes burns 1.5x-3x more calories than walking on a flat surface for that same amount of time. I have posted before that the ASCM guidelines dictate that you can break-up exercise time into ten minute chunks. So, if you use that ten minutes to do some stair climbs its like getting in a 15-30 min walk calorie wise! Just a quick tip I thought everybody might enjoy,
